This week, Terry’s bill to restore funding to help Minnesota’s veterans who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness was included in the Agriculture and Veterans Affairs bill. The Governor’s budget proposal eliminated $750,000/year of the funds that the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV).  Terry’s bill to restore the $750,000 resulted in restoring $350,000/year, which was increased this week to $480,000/year.
