September 28:

Minnesota Speaker of the House Margaret Anderson Kelliher and Representatives Mindy Greiling and Terry Morrow welcomed Gustavus Adolphus College alums and their families to the State Capitol on Sunday.

September 26:

Terry chaired the House K-12 Education Finance hearing held at Mankato East High School.  Over 60 people attended the hearing and approximately 20 teachers, superintendents, library and media experts, and academic experts offered ideas and responses to the New Minnesota Miracle education bill.
In 2008, Terry was the chief author of House File 4196, which along with HF 4178 has been described as the New Minnesota Miracle bill for education.

In 2007, Terry was chosen as one of the two Greater Minnesota representatives on the 5-person House task force that developed the New Minnesota miracle bill.

September 25:

Terry attended the MnDOT area meeting on transit in Greater Minnesota.  In his first term in the Minnesota House, Terry successfully secured an additional $5 million in funding for Greater Minnesota transit (House File 1772).
